About the role
You will be responsible for the facilitation of co-operative placements including liaising with industry, students and internal stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. You will be a key point of contact for the promotion of the University by supporting the provision of placements and academic outcomes to support work ready graduates.
You will:
- develop, maintain, and grow professional working relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders;- participate in marketing and promotional activities to prospective and current students;- provide a high level of responsive customer service to all stakeholders; and- assist in the onboarding of new hosts including the provision of information and support to ensure quality placement opportunities for students.
About you
You will have demonstrated experience in working collaboratively with business, government, and non-government sectors to pro-actively create opportunities for student placements and engagement opportunities that meet the University legislative requirements and academic learning outcomes.
You will possess:
- demonstrated experience in delivery of customer service to a broad range of stakeholders;- ability to develop, maintain and record, professional working relationships and networks across broad stakeholder groups;- analytical skills, including the ability to interpret reports and make recommendations; and- high level organisational and administrative skills, including the ability to prioritise and meet tight timeframes.
