About the role
As a Disability Support Worker at Capable Care Services, you'll support people with disability to live life their way. This role is about building trust, encouraging independence, and providing practical, person-centred support in everyday life.
What you'll be doing
* Supporting participants with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
* Assisting with community access, appointments, and social activities- Encouraging independence, choice, and confidence
* Building positive, respectful relationships with participants and their families
* Following care plans and supporting participant goals
* Maintaining professional boundaries, privacy, and confidentiality
What we're looking for

* Willingness to learn and take guidance
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A genuine interest in helping peoplE
Experience & qualifications
* Experience is welcome but not required - training and support will be provided
* NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
* First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
* Cleared Police check
* Valid Driver's licence
