About The Role
This position is responsible for data analysis and reporting in conjunction with the Client Relationship Management teams and the General Manager Government and Contracts. A strong focus on fleet data and

process improvement, therefore, ensuring SG Fleet better manages the delivery and value of existing additional products, whilst identifying further opportunities. This position builds close cross-functional relationships with

every function to achieve a seamless, end-to-end service delivery stream and a high-quality customer experience. This role works across functional teams to monitor and resolve non-conformances of Key Performance Indicators.

Tasks And Responsibilities

* In conjunction with the General Manager, Government and Contracts proactively monitor client service standards to identify and champion areas requiring improvement. Proactively engage to identify and review areas where productivity and process improvement can be achieved. Support quality business systems, process, and the QA accreditation achievement.
* Contribute to the profitable growth of SG Fleet through the analysis of key fleet data to identify opportunities for fleet optimisation and additional products including non-vehicle revenue.
* Preparation, implementation and monitoring of Contract activities, service level targets and performance including appropriate reporting. Understand trends in market, competitors, client demand, and manage change to products, services, and procedures in accordance with clients and SG Fleet' s strategic plans.
* Drive a consistent safety and compliance focus with all internal and external stakeholders as part of SG Fleet's WHS obligations as a Fleet Services provider. Ensure all activities comply with SG Fleet risk

Management Business Practices, Policies, And Procedures. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

* Tertiary qualification in Commerce or business-related discipline or equivalent is desired
* Experience in contract management and negotiation
* Experience in building and maintaining relationships at a senior level
* Ability to effectively manage relationships with superior communication including clear succinct messages
* High level of IT proficiency including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* High level numeracy skills with ability to understand complex finance / taxation concepts
* Comprehensive and up to date understanding of the Australian fleet management, FBT and salary packing environment
* Strong understanding of the car industry
* Demonstrated initiative, problem solving, patience, flexibility and co-cooperativeness.
* Ability to work autonomously
* Extensive knowledge of fleet management products, services, systems and processes is desirable
* Working knowledge of industry legislative, compliance and regulatory obligations
* Knowledge of organisational systems and processes
