This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paramedic ready to step into a leadership role, combining clinical insight, operational oversight, and team development to deliver outstanding patient care across Western Australia.
As Manager, Patient Transport you will lead a high-performing team and help shape the direction of one of Australia's most respected Non-Emergency Patient Transport providers.
Blending people leadership with on-road clinical expertise you will be required to support, mentor, and empower road crews while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with NPT and WA Health contractual requirements.
About the role
* Provide day-to-day operational and clinical leadership to WA road crews and operations teams
* Ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient patient transport in line with all clinical and regulatory standards
* Conduct probation reviews, audits, and incident investigations where required
* Support workforce planning, rostering, and recruitment in collaboration with HR
* Oversee clinical governance, staff training, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintain strong customer partnerships by delivering excellent services to customers and patients
What we are looking for:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Paramedic
* Minimum 5 years' experience in emergency or non-emergency patient transport
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to support and guide diverse teams
* Sound knowledge of clinical protocols
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122) desirable
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
