Job Description
This position involves providing administrative support to project teams, ensuring timely performance and compliance with company and customer requirements.
* Manage project administration, including registers, schedules, document control, and variations.
* Liaise with external parties for security/access requirements.
* Monitor project progress, address potential issues, and control quality evidence.
* Prepare and maintain project email accounts and folders on the network drive.
* Collect and analyze project data.
* Report on outcomes to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
This role requires a high level of organization and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks/projects effectively.
* Australian Citizenship.
* Diploma in Business Office Administration or relevant experience in an administrative/project support role.
* Practical experience and knowledge of the type of work reported on.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and liaise across all levels.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* High attention to detail and accuracy, with proven high-quality output.
* Collaborative communication style, with the ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
* Health and safety construction (White Card).
* Proficient user of IFS or a similar ERP system.
