Overview
Fusion5 is seeking a Technical Team Lead with deep expertise in integration middleware and a passion for AI-driven development to guide and grow our integration team in Melbourne. The role combines hands-on technical capability with leadership and mentoring to implement smart, scalable integration solutions for ANZ's innovative businesses. You'll work with a collaborative team of consultants, developers, and delivery specialists across cross-cloud integration projects.

What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and inspire a high-performing team of integration consultants and developers
* Champion technical excellence across enterprise-scale integration projects
* Manage team resourcing, workloads, and professional development
* Collaborate with clients, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored integration solutions
* Ensure delivery meets Fusion5's standards for quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction
* Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in cloud-based integration across platforms like AWS, Azure, and MuleSoft
* A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for AI/ML and how emerging tech can enhance service delivery
* Strong background in middleware, APIs, and system connectivity
* Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience in technical teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Confidence working with enterprise clients and navigating complex solution landscapes
* A passion for continuous improvement and technical leadership
* Experience in a professional services environment is a plus
