We are seeking an experienced Support Officer to join our Property and Security team in Townsville.
In this role, you will provide frontline services to staff and stakeholders contacting us with various requests. You will also assist in the delivery of sustainable property management, protective security and business continuity services.
This office-based role involves working closely with our Business Operations team to ensure effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
 * Providing administrative support to the Property and Security team
 * Assisting with the coordination of logistics and facilities management
 * Responding to internal and external stakeholder requests in a timely and professional manner
The successful candidate will have strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, experience in administration, logistics or facilities support, and the ability to manage workflows and databases effectively.
