Key Responsibilities
Design and develop high-quality, reusable software solutions for critical business applications.
Prepare and maintain functional and technical specifications and detailed design documents.
Apply Group development standards and Design Thinking principles to deliver reliable, customer-focused solutions.
Conduct unit testing and ensure code quality, security and compliance.
Use Agile methodologies to deliver incremental value and maintain consistent, maintainable code.
Mentor developers and contribute to a collaborative, innovative team environment
What do I need?
At least 5 years' experience in ASP.NET/C#, HTML5/CSS, T-SQL, and Git.
Strong understanding of OOP and entity relationship management.
Familiarity with design patterns and RDBMS (minimum 1 year).
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Solid grasp of the software development lifecycle and application support.
