We are looking for experienced Associate System Support Analysts to join a large-scale enterprise support environment supporting critical business applications.
Contract
Initial term until June 2027 + extensions
Clearance
Must be eligible to obtain Baseline Clearance
Work Schedule
Rotating roster + occasional on-call/weekend support (Shared with the team)
Hourly rates
70$/hr - 90$/hr excluding GST
Responsibilities
* Level 2 application support and incident management
* Troubleshooting and technical investigations
* Escalation to Level 3 support teams
* Defect logging and testing support
* Email and phone-based technical support
* Knowledge base and documentation updates
Desired Skills & Experience
* Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
* Experience in healthcare or aged care systems is highly regarded
