We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our dedicated team at Gold City Medical Centre.
This is a part-time role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and supporting the smooth running of our medical practice.What Does the Job Require?
Welcoming and greeting patients in an efficient, courteous, and professional mannerScheduling and managing a variety of patient appointmentsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date patient recordsHandling telephone and in-person inquiries and requestsPerforming administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entryEnsuring the reception and waiting area are kept tidy and well-organizedProviding support to the medical team of Doctors & Nurses as requiredWhat We Are Looking For:Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar customer service roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to interact with patients in a warm and professional mannerExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in using various computer systems and medical practice softwareA genuine interest in the healthcare industry and providing quality patient careA team player with a positive and happy attitudeRemuneration and Training:Gold City Medical Centre is committed to supporting a family-friendly work environment, wellbeing, and professional development of our team members.
