What You'll Be Doing
The Allied Health Team Leader is an integral part of the multidisciplinary health care team, leading and providing quality physiotherapy services to patients/clients of the SNSW Local Health District in order to meet their health and wellbeing needs.
Selection Criteria
* Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Physiotherapist.
* Demonstrated proficient written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* Broad generalist knowledge, clinical proficiency and ability to work with minimal supervision, and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
* Ability to effectively prioritise caseload and organise a small team of physiotherapists in a regional area.
* Demonstrated commitment to professional development, quality improvement and evidence based practice.
* Demonstrated ability to lead planning and evaluation of team activities.
* Demonstrated ability to provide and coordinate staff and student supervision.
* Current unrestricted driver's licence and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances.
