Key Responsibilities
* Service and repair customer caravans
* Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and accessory faults
* Complete thorough pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new caravans
* Fit and install accessories (solar systems, batteries, diesel heaters, inverters, bike racks, water systems, etc.)
* Ensure all work meets safety and manufacturer standards
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace
* Work collaboratively with the sales and service teams
* Provide high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
Skills & Experience
* Mechanical aptitude (automotive, caravan, marine, or trade background highly regarded)
* Strong problem-solving ability
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication skills
* Current driver's licence essential
Experience in caravan servicing is advantageous but not essential for the right candidate with strong technical skills and the right attitude.
