We are currently seeking a Pricing Director to join our dynamic team in Sydney! Reporting to the Head of Pricing, APAC, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of pricing solutions for new business, expansion, and renewal pursuits for Australia and New Zealand. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, including business lines, service lines, account teams, pursuit teams, and subject matter experts, to shape the overall value proposition, develop commercial strategies, and ensure the accuracy of our pricing process.What this role involves: Develop the commercial strategy and approach for global or regional large-scale bidsLead or oversee large-scale bids in the local Australia marketSpecialise in multiple product pricing strategiesManage and provide guidance to internal teams on models, pricing, and cost inputsEffectively manage multiple external and internal stakeholders to meet client requirementsManage P&L, cash flow, and risk modelingConduct CRB deal reviews and presentations on the commercial model and P&Ls for major dealsCollaborate with business group leaders and the board to identify and mitigate risks and opportunitiesLead client-facing deal negotiations and provide agility beyond pricing and commercialsManage and develop the pricing team in AustraliaChampion a culture of collaboration and teamworkImplement consistent processes, tools, and forms to improve pricing efficiency and accuracyEstablish and track cost benchmarking and competitor pricing analysisSupport the development of global pricing tools, costing methodologies, and process changesDeploy and adopt new processes and tools within AP as appropriateUndertake due diligence and baselining activities when requiredAnalyse commercial data for renewals and make recommendations for future improvementsLead ad-hoc projects and initiativesProvide client consultancy servicesContribute to management reporting as neededSound like the job you are looking for?
