Position
Cannon Hill Location Monday - Friday 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
Responsible for providing administration support to our portfolio of sites
Perform site-specific service desk duties with clients ranging from Defence, Department of Education and Utilities
Perform Administrative duties involving reporting and general correspondence
Enter customer service requests in relevant FM Software
Answer correspondence and communications in a timely manner
Provide high quality customer service
Qualifications
Preferably have experience working in a role with high volume, complex bookings / requests
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Experience in the provision of superior customer service
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and initiative and hardworking
A strong desire to work collaboratively within a team and ability to work autonomously
