As an HME Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities for heavy mobile equipment fleets, including haul trucks, dozers, graders, and ancillary equipment. Your role ensures maximum fleet availability, compliance with safety standards, and cost-effective maintenance execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage maintenance plans for heavy mobile equipment.
* Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks using CMMS platforms.
* Coordinate with maintenance supervisors, reliability engineers, and supply teams.
* Prepare work packs and ensure all resources are available for planned work.
* Monitor equipment performance and track KPIs for asset reliability.
* Support shutdown planning and major component change-outs.
* Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and asset performance.
About You
To Succeed In This Role, You Will Have
* Mechanical trade qualifications or extensive HME maintenance experience.
* 2+ years in a maintenance planning role within mining or resources.
* Proficiency in CMMS platforms such as SAP, Pronto, Ellipse, or similar.
* Strong understanding of work management systems and component life cycles.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A commitment to safety and operational excellence.
