What does the ideal candidate look like Skills
* Proven experience of working within logistics/warehousing management, with experience in a Defence‐related setting being a significant advantage.
* A strong track record of personnel leadership, management, and development.
* Sound knowledge of warehouse and distribution services operations management.
* Excellent communication, decision‐making, problem‐solving, and people management skills.
* Certified professional or relevant degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields would be advantageous.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with an ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
* Ability to confidently lead, drive outcomes and develop diverse high‐performance teams.
* Understanding of operational drivers, cost control and operational budgeting.
* Process driven, analytical and methodical with a passion to drive continuous improvement.
