Your new role: As Nurse Navigator - Movement Disorders, you will provide advanced clinical and professional leadership to facilitate seamless, patient-centred care across the continuum. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes for patients with complex neurological conditions and support system improvements in care delivery.
