Hours and roster
You will enjoy a wide range of flexibility in this role and working in a fully supportive team that works together to ensure the work is complete to a high level.
- 38 hours per week (enjoy flexible start times between 7am/9am)
- Monday to Friday
- Work from home 2 days per week (when you are trained up and settled into the role)
The role
Reporting into the Service Administration Manager you’ll enjoy working closely with a team of 4-8 service professionals in NSW. Your efforts will support current service team and involve the following duties:
- Providing a high level of customer service to existing and new customers
- Liaising with accounts receivable and finance on customer credit issues
- General data entry and invoicing
- Booking medicals and site inductions
- Provide administrative support to the CSC
- Recording safety KPI information
- Coordination and submission of warranty claims as per the company policies
- Send warranty acceptance and rejection documents
- Processing of repairs and maintenance jobs
- Creating dispatch and returns documents
Your value
You will come from a workshop or heavy industry administration background and have previous experience working in a similar role with similar duties as outlined. Other attributes and skills include:
- High level of computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Be able to work under pressure and enjoy working to deadlines
- Highly organised, process driven and with excellent attention to detail
- Strong people skills and relationship building qualities
- Ability to multitask and work on a number of projects and tasks at once
- Team player and the ability to take responsibility and work unsupervised
Desirable (not essential)
- Previous experience in a planning or scheduling role in a workshop environment
- Aurora ERP experience or experience with Maximo
