Marketing Manager

This is a true "
doer role"
, you will take full ownership of marketing activity across several CMTP brands—from planning and content creation through to campaign execution, reporting, and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with the business to build brand presence, generate leads, and support sales outcomes.
What You'll Do
* Develop quarterly marketing plans and campaign calendars aligned with business priorities.
* Create, publish and manage content across social media, email, brochures, and case studies.
* Execute integrated, multi‑channel campaigns (email, social, and paid where required).
* Maintain brand consistency across all communication and customer touchpoints.
* Plan and deliver trade shows end‑to‑end, including booth preparation, lead capture, and post‑event follow‑up.
* Own and maintain website content and updates.
* Track performance, report on KPIs, and implement ongoing improvements to maximise results.

* Comfortable working autonomously while briefing and managing external partners effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
* Marketing qualification with 2+ years in a generalist role.
* Comfortable with Canva/Adobe, Meta/LinkedIn, Mailchimp.
* Familiar with Google Analytics.
* Consumer marketing experience, B2B, branding and storytelling experience.
