The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage key offline retail channels (e.g., Harvey Norman), negotiate product placement, and maintain client relationships.
2. Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, pricing, and promotions; collaborate with marketing to implement campaigns.
3. Achieve sales targets, manage channel inventory, and provide sales forecasts.
4. Train retail staff, conduct store visits, and ensure brand compliance.
5. Gather market and competitor insights; prepare analytical reports.
Requirements:
1. Based in Australia with strong local market knowledge.
2. 3-5 years of sales experience in AU home appliance/consumer electronics channels; experience with Chinese brands expanding overseas is a plus.
3. Familiar with GTM processes; quick learner in smart home products.
4. Fluent in English; strong negotiation and communication skills.
5. Self-driven, results-oriented, able to work in a cross-cultural team environment.
