With 300+ physical locations across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Thailand in addition to its on-demand digital health and fitness programs, FLG currently helps almost a million people live healthier and more active lives.**The Opportunity****Drive the platforms that power our member experience and commercial engine**We're looking for a commercially minded and technically confident Product Manager to take ownership of the platforms at the heart of our business - from member management and service operations through to billing, bookings, and in-club commerce.This is a high-impact role where you won't just manage systems, you'll shape how our organisation operates, scales, and delivers exceptional member experiences.As Product Manager | Core CRM & Billing, you'll own and evolve a critical ecosystem of platforms that underpin our day-to-day operations and long-term growth.You'll lead the ongoing development of our **Salesforce-based CRM environment**, including a major transformation from legacy systems, while ensuring seamless integration across billing, POS, bookings, digital access, and mobile platforms.This role sits at the intersection of **technology, operations, and commercial performance** - giving you the opportunity to influence how we serve our members, empower our teams, and grow our business.**Key Responsibilities*** Own the product strategy and roadmap for core CRM, billing, and operational platforms* Lead the design, build, and migration to a new Salesforce CRM from legacy systems* Ensure platforms effectively support Customer Service, Club Operations, Finance, Digital, and Commercial teams* Own billing, commercial configuration, and governance (products, pricing, discounts, approvals, auditability)* Manage bookings, scheduling, and digital access integrations, including memberships, entitlements, and visit tracking* Define and govern the core CRM data model and ensure reliable integration across all connected systems* Identify and deliver opportunities to leverage AI and automation (including Agentforce) to improve efficiency* Prioritise the product backlog and lead a team of Business Analysts to deliver high-value, scalable solutions**Knowledge & Experience****Essential*** Experience delivering CRM, billing, and commerce platforms in complex organisations* Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM platforms.* Experience leading platform builds or major system migrations.* Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, subscription or membership billing, and system integrations.* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills**Desirable*** Familiarity with AI-driven automation or agentic platforms**In return we offer you*** Complementary all access Goodlife Gym Membership, plus one for a friend* FLG is committed to promoting a healthy work-life balance.
