The Role:
Millennium is seeking an experienced Assistant ISM to join our team on a part time basis at our busy retail facility.
Support Daily Facility Operations
Assist in conducting facility inspections and safety audits.
Keep documentation updated for compliance (e.g., fire safety, waste disposal, emergency protocols).
Track and elevate unresolved issues to the ISM or appropriate team.
About You:
Previous experience in Facilities Maintenance would be ideal.
Clear and professional communication with internal teams, vendors, and management.
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of workplace safety regulations and audit procedures.
Prioritising tasks and managing multiple service requests or activities efficiently.
You must have valid work rights in Australia.
