Business Development Professional Role
The primary function of this position involves assisting the Store Business Manager in leading a high-performing retail team, focusing on coaching, customer service, stock management, and visual merchandising.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Day-to-day store operations and decision-making support
o Team leadership, coaching, and performance management assistance
o Delivery of consistently exceptional customer experiences
o Driving store KPIs and sales performance
o Stock control, visual merchandising, and rostering assistance
o Acting as Store Manager when required
