What You'll Do
* Lead the daily operations of our brand‐new cafe, setting the standard for service and coffee quality.
* Expertly craft specialty coffee and oversee all beverage preparation, ensuring quality and consistency are paramount.
* Mentor and train the barista team, fostering a culture of coffee passion and exceptional customer service.
* Drive high‐energy customer service that makes every guest feel at home and builds a loyal local following.
* Manage stock, inventory, and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth daily flow and optimal performance.
* Oversee all site compliance relating to food safety standards.
About You
Desired Skills and Experience
* Proven leadership experience in a high‐volume specialty coffee or cafe environment.
* Exceptional, high‐level specialty barista expertise, including advanced knowledge of brewing, equipment maintenance, and latte art.
* Exceptional ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage the floor during peak service.
* Current Food Safety Certificate, and a valid Driver's License.
* Vibrant personality with a passion for delivering a "feel‐good" guest experience.
* Reliable work ethic and a desire to lead a brand‐new team to success.
