Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our growth in China.
* Develop and execute a strategy aligned to corporate objectives for the export of food and beverage products.
* Build, manage and grow distribution networks across the manufacturing, distribution and foodservice channel.
* Negotiate pricing and supply agreements with key partners.
* Translate global brand strategies into local market plans.
* Provide market insight to inform business strategy and innovation pipeline.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence in export delivery.
* Represent the business at trade, government and partner forums.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You will have a strong track record in food and beverage markets across China.
* You understand both Chinese and Western business practices.
* You have 10+ years' experience in export, sales or business development within food & beverage or FMCG sectors.
* You have proven success managing national distribution channels and strategic partnerships in China.
* You possess strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
* You are able to work effectively within a high-performance culture.
* You hold tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, International Trade or related discipline.
