Personal Trainer/Strength and Conditioning Coach/Exercise Scientist (Over-40s Specialist)

The Role:
This is a permanent part-time role (20–25 hours/week) with flexible days and early mornings essential (no evenings at this stage). You'll run 1-on-1 and 1-on-4 sessions, lead our mobility-first onboarding, and progress truly individual programs on a premium floor. This is a member-facing role - you'll be front and center representing the brand.
For the right coach, there's a clear pathway to full-time and a leadership role.
Must-Haves
* Relevant qualifications.
* 5+ years' Personal Training experience (1:1 and/or semi-private).
* Current First Aid/CPR and PT insurance.
* Confident coaching the fundamentals: hinge, squat, push, pull, carry - with strict technical standards.
* Professional communication and strong attention to detail.
Nice-to-Haves
* Rehab exposure (worked alongside physios/EPs; regressions/progressions for knees/backs/shoulders).
* Experience with 40–70+ clientele.
* Nutrition background
