CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATOR - GOSFORD
Our client is looking for a cheerful, reliable and experienced Customer Service Operator for their site at Gosford. This position is available for a January 2026 start for the right candidate, with prospects to be taken on permanent.
Roster:
* Monday to Friday
* 7.00am to 3.30pm
* View to permanency
About your new role:
* The position is diverse and contains varying aspects to the role:
* Warehouse Picking and Packing customer orders, general warehouse duties and housekeeping
* Customer Service Dealing with Customers face to face, via email and over phone, administration duties including data entry and email management, record and reporting any customer complaints to Trade Store Manager regarding any product and\or service complaint and customer procedures
* A small but great team with emphasis on building a great culture
* Commitment to Safety
About you:
* Valid Police Check
* Forklift Licence (highly desirable)
* Willing and able to undertake manual handing
* Proven admin experience working in areas of warehouse/sales
* Solid computer skills using databases, Outlook and Microsoft applications
* Safe and productive work ethic
* Come with an enthusiastic cheerful confident attitude
* Provide recent work referees
* Able to undergo and pass Medical and D&A Test
