**About the role at Optus**
The purpose of this role is to drive eCommerce practices to optimise and grow incremental sales and revenue, understanding customer behaviour to drive consistent and compelling sales and research experiences.
**Seniority**

**Responsibilities**
- Sales Team Enablement - Identify opportunities to enhance processes and resources that enable team performance and time spent with prospects or customers
- Sales Pipeline Management - Efficiently navigate the CRM and other operational tools to create, update, retrieve, and understand information about accounts and opportunities
- Sales and Customer Success Process Improvement - Experiment with new ideas, processes and tools to improve and scale the way that we engage with customers

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
