Our client is a global, NASDAQ-listed, market-leading Veterinary Diagnostics company who specialise in in-house laboratory and diagnostic imaging equipment. Their product range includes in-house lab analysers and consumables, digital imaging products, associated software and services, and single-use offerings such as rapid tests. **About The Opportunity**:
This role will initially be based in **Vermont, VIC**, with a future opportunity to work partly from home.
You will earn between **$60,000 - $75,000 + Superannuation** - Negotiable based on your experience.
The primary purpose of this position will be to provide technical over-the-phone after-sales support and troubleshooting of clinical instrumentation for veterinarians and their staff located nationally and internationally.
You will be working closely with their Field Sales and Installation teams to ensure an amazing customer experience.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- training and educating customers on the proper use and expectations of Heska clinical instrumentation.
- providing "first class" customer service
- following up with clients to build and maintain those relationships
- resolving customer problems via telephone by troubleshooting and facilitating the repair of clinical instrumentation
- assisting the manager in identifying trends and process improvement opportunities for the team
**About You**:
Additionally, you will:
- excellent customer service skills including patience, ability to listen and ability to provide a positive experience with all interactions.
- IT troubleshooting/desktop support skills preferred, including program installation and removal, driver installation and software integration.
- strong written and oral communication, especially over the telephone, both internally and externally
- accurate and efficient data entry skills
