We’re looking for someone passionate about food and community to join a medium-sized residential aged care facility in a permanent full-time role, based in Gold Coast, Queensland! Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook meals according to dietary requirements and individual needs Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in all aspects of food preparation Support the development and implementation of menus Contribute to a positive, inclusive kitchen culture focused on quality service What We’re Looking For: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience) Understanding of Australian food safety and WHS standards Past experience in aged care or cooking for the elderly.
