Manufacturing Coordinator Job Description

Our company is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for leading and delivering high-quality manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

The successful candidate will have proven leadership skills in a manufacturing or production environment, with a minimum of 5 years' experience as a supervisor or similar role. They will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to interact and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

The ideal candidate will also have intermediate skills in MS Office suite and be able to think critically and creatively to solve problems.

This role reports directly to the Site Manager and is well supported by the site leaders. The Manufacturing Coordinator sits within the site leadership team and influences at all levels.


Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and deliver high-quality manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
* Support the Site Manager to achieve a high level of alignment and engagement of employees, as measured in the annual alignment and engagement survey.
* Achieve and exceed the site's manufacturing targets through effective planning, direction, and control of manufacturing operations within cost efficiencies and inventory restraints.


Requirements:

* Proven leadership skills in a manufacturing or production environment.
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a supervisor or similar role.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to interact and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
* Intermediate skills in MS Office suite.
* Ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems.
