About the role
The Information Management Officer is responsible for assisting to manage Metro North Health's corporate (non-clinical) records ensuring best practice, legislative and regulatory requirements are maintained.
About you
- Undertake various archiving and information management projects under the direction of the Manager and other Corporate Information Management Team members.
- Assist in the delivery of Content Manager demonstrations, onboarding activities and coordination of training to promote the effective and efficient operational management of corporate records
- Triage and manage the eDRMS Helpdesk and create/resolve/close Service Now requests including escalation of issues to senior team members for resolution.
- Monitor and audit the integrity of Content Manager records and naming conventions for quality control purposes and provide remediation advice where necessary to ensure enhanced practices and standards are maintained.
- Undertake daily, weekly and monthly Content Manager system administration and auditing tasks in the production, training and testing datasets and maintain configuration documentation.
