Due to continued growth our client based in Hazelmere is looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their team.
Your Duties:
Actioning emails and answering phones
Attending customers needs
Processing customer orders
Accurate data entry into a variety of systems including SAP and Excel
Cross training in all contracts to maximise resource coverage and assistance
Ensuring the implementation of work instructions relating to the customer service department
Providing additional support to the Transport Manager as required
Providing general administrative support to Hire office
About you:
Experience in logistics and/or transport industry
Experience using SAP and Excel
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
