SAP Capability Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and evolve assigned solution portfolios in alignment with business strategy and market needs.
* Engage with non-focused (general business) customer accounts through relationship development and lead activities.
* Maintain technical expertise in relevant areas to ensure service offerings remain contemporary and competitive.
* Identify opportunities for capability growth and innovation, and contribute to the development of new solutions.
* Support business development by providing technical input and designing solutions for presales activities.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to position capability offerings and drive pipeline growth.
* Manage the performance, professional development, and wellbeing of permanent team members within the capability.
* Drive strong utilisation outcomes, ensuring alignment of workforce capacity to revenue targets.
* Allocate non-billable time effectively, utilising it for productive and strategic purposes.
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering or a related field.
* Exceptional experience in leading large, diverse teams of SAP professionals within consulting environments.
* Demonstrated experience in capability management or solution leadership roles, focusing on driving growth.
* Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a proven history of meeting (and exceeding) revenue and utilisation targets.
* Deep technical knowledge of SAP, particularly within the Asset Management space.
* Experience and success in business development, client engagement, and solution innovation.
