About the Role:
- Delivering exceptional customer service, especially during the busy trade
- Helping customers find the perfect gifts and festive essentials
- Assisting at the registers, managing transactions quickly and accurately
- Keeping the store looking fresh by restocking and merchandising products.
- Ensuring the store is clean, organised, and welcoming for every shopper.
- Working across multiple departments as needed
Who We Are Looking For:
- Positive, reliable, and enthusiastic team players
- Confident communicators with a passion for retail
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced and high-volume environment
- Adaptable availability, including late night, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous retail experience is a bonus but not essential – we provide training!
