Diabetes Educator – Make a Real Impact in Regional Communities!

Join us as a Diabetes Educator and help deliver person‐centred, responsive diabetes support across regional communities.
About The Role
As a key member of our Primary Health Team, you will:
* Deliver high‐quality diabetes education to individuals, families, and groups
* Provide outreach services to rural and remote communities
* Build strong partnerships with GPs, Aboriginal Health Services and other stakeholders
* Support clients through coordinated, multidisciplinary care
* Mentor students and contribute to best-practice models
* Use your expertise to improve accessibility and health outcomes for priority populations
This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a genuine difference.
What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualification in Nursing, Dietetics, Podiatry, Pharmacy, or Exercise Physiology
* AHPRA registration
* Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education (or willingness to obtain)
* ADEA credentialling (or working towards it)
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across cultures
* Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
* Excellent organisational and digital skills
* Current Driver's Licence
