About you: In your new role you will: * Establish, analyse and maintain staff replacement strategies and frameworks for short- and long-term absences. (I.e., sick leave, annual leave, long service leave, etc.). * Continually evaluate and analyse existing rosters and staffing strategies to maximise departmental efficiencies and meet Queensland Health awards and policies. * Provide professional advice and support to ensure the operational management team is working and functioning effectively within existing frameworks, awards and timeframes.
