About the opportunity
In this full‑time role, you will be on the road 5 days a week visiting customers in their homes to carry out defect rectification work. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out defect rectification works assigned to you by the Handover Supervisor
- Ensuring that all general maintenance as per the defect list is completed to the highest quality
- Perform general maintenance tasks including painting and plastering, adjustment of doors, locks and other hand‑y tasks
About you
- An ability to communicate with clients and various teams – a professional, customer‑focused attitude
- A handyman or maintenance background ideally, but this is not essential if you possess a service‑orientated approach, attention to detail and a “DIY hand‑yperson” mindset
- An ability to prioritise effectively whilst ensuring exceptional attention to detail
- A full driver’s licence to operate a service van
- Willingness to travel to and from jobs as scheduled
- A positive attitude with the ability to work by yourself or within a team
