The position is based at our new store in Shellharbour, NSW. Working days may vary, so flexibility with Monday to Friday hours, including some weekend mornings, is required.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Ensure that every customer interaction is positive and informative, building trust and loyalty through excellent communication skills.
Product Knowledge: Receive comprehensive training on a range of household name brands, enabling you to make informed recommendations and provide solutions to customers' needs.
Store Operations: Contribute to maintaining accurate stock levels and assist with visual merchandising to create an engaging shopping environment.
