Talent International is working in partnership with a government education department to assist in sourcing an experienced **Senior Change Analyst / Change Manager** to work on lean agile initiatives and transforming ways of working and practices within IT / Technology.
**The purpose of the role**:
The Change Manager is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of change management to successfully adopt and embed changes (system, process, people, and culture) and address impacts relating to implementing the change.
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Proven Change Management experience
- Ability to communicate complex concepts with a range of stakeholders
- Experience in transitioning a workplace in adopting new ways of working and practices
- Experience/exposure with the Scaled Agile (SAFE) framework or lean agile practices
- Broad experience in developing capability for IT specific audience groups
- Experience/exposure with Dev Ops and Dev Sec Ops frameworks, deliverables and concepts is desirable - not essential
- Government / Education experience - desirable not essential
