Job Opportunity

As a Team Leader in our multidisciplinary therapy team, you will be responsible for leading a group of experienced clinicians and managing your own clinical caseload. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide their team members.

Key responsibilities include:

* Leading a team of 7-8 clinicians and ensuring they have the support and resources they need to deliver high-quality services
* Managing your own clinical caseload and working closely with other team members to achieve shared goals
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance and client outcomes
* Providing feedback and coaching to team members to help them grow and develop in their roles

Required qualifications include a relevant degree in allied health and current AHPRA registration. We also require applicants to have a current driver's license and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
