What you'll be doing
* Leading, coaching and developing a diverse, multi-skilled team
* Creating an engaging, safe and customer-first store environment
* Managing daily operations, merchandising and stock flow
* Driving sales performance and store standards
* Building strong relationships with trade and DIY customers
* Working closely with the leadership team to deliver business goals
What we're looking for
* A practical, hands-on leader who leads by example
* Strong people leadership and development skills
* Experience in hardware, trade, or big-box retail (highly desirable)
* Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities
* A focus on customer service excellence
