Restaurant Two14 at Deco Hotel is looking for a highly motivated, hands on, ambitious and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to assist the Restaurant Manager lead the team.
Restaurant Two14 is Deco Hotel's stylish onsite restaurant with a menu designed for sharing a relaxed dinner or lunch with friends, colleagues or as a solo traveller.

In this role, you will be required to supervise the operation of Restaurant Two14 to ensure a high standard of food and beverage service. In conjunction with the Restaurant Manager you will also be responsible for achieving staff and revenue budgets, rostering, staff training and recruitment.
To be successful:
* Have a minimum of 2 years experience in Food & Beverage
* Have previous supervisory experience
* Extensive food and wine knowledge
* A hands on management style
