**Support Technician/ Electronic Equipment Trades Worker**

**Freedom Won Australia **is an importer and wholesale business of renewable energy storage products. The business model is to distribute the products through solution providers and renewable energy solution distributors. The market coverage includes Australia, Pacific Islands and New Zealand and will grow over time to other parts of the Oceania region. We currently have a position available for a **Support Technician/ Electronic Equipment Trades Worker**
**Main responsibilities**
- Provide onsite assistance for hardware repairs, support, and project activities during solution installations.
- Ensure all open incidents are accurately recorded and administrated in the FWA Support system.
- Execute warranty hardware repair work on the batteries as required.
**Tasks**:
- Responding to new support tickets in the FWA Support system and provide relevant system tasks to assign and maintain status of the support activities against the open incidents
- Ensure all open incidents are accurately recorded and administrated in the FWA Support system
- Provide weekly reporting to the client on the status of open tickets and target resolution dates and agreed actions
- Liaise with clients to arrange support slots to remotely provide support on energy storage solutions relevant to a support ticket
- Ensure asset info is up to date in the FWA Support system as support is being done against open incidents
- Liaise with FW factory support engineers for level 3 support tickets as necessary to ensure incidents are resolved in a timely manner
- Liaise with the FW factory and clients for the hardware repair on products where warranty repair has been agreed as per the FW Factory process on warranty repairs
- Execute Warranty hardware repair work on the batteries as required and when agreed with the FW factory and clients
- Examining and testing machines, equipment, instruments and control systems to diagnose faults
- Adjusting, repairing, and replacing worn and defective parts and wiring, and maintaining machines, equipment and instruments
- Create end-user guides to ensure infield troubleshooting can be done and is guided by online content from the FWA Support system
- Create and maintain "How To" guides for use by end-users and installers and distributors on how to install and support the FW batteries
- Provide solution advice to customers as required and needed from time to time
- Provide remote support during commissioning to installers as required and needed from time to time
- Provide onsite assistance as required for support, hardware repairs and project activities during solution installations
- Any other reasonable task related to the technical design, installation and support required from time to time and not listed above.
- Provide support to the CEO as required in sales discussions when technical input is required on the batteries and overall solutions
- Provide support to general company related tasks as required from time to time
**Qualifications**:
Suitable certification or relevant experience
**Experience**:
At least two years of work experience in a similar environment
**$74k - $84k pa**
**Salary**: $74,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
