Of these, 13 schools provide Vocational Education and Training (VET) programs to secondary students.
The Role If successful, you will provide high level professional and strategic support to schools for the effective development, implementation and coordination of sustainable and innovative VET programs.
You will lead and facilitate coordinated support for VET delivery in schools without VET Coordinators and co-ordinate support for the region with opportunities for schools including leading a Regional VET Expo.
The Regional Workforce Coordinator undertakes research, review and analysis on new and existing VET program providers to provide quality assurance and information to schools in the region and provide greater opportunities for students.
They design, facilitate and monitor the delivery of professional learning for VET Coordinators and teachers in the region to meet current and emerging needs.
You will work with TAFE(Technical and Further Education), industry and business stakeholders to ensure schools have the required support to leverage pathways for students and work collaboratively with the Midwest Participation team.
