Experienced Casual Carers with Car / Support Workers Eastern Suburbs Around The Clock Care is a respected Sydney home-care provider supporting older people and individuals living with disability to remain safely and comfortably in their own home Due to continued demand, we are seeking experienced and reliable casual carers to work with clients in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. This role suits carers who are professional, compassionate and dependable and who enjoy working independently in clients’ homes. Key Responsibilities Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming) Domestic assistance and meal preparation Companionship and social support Transport to appointments and errands Medication reminders Overnight or longer shifts where required Mandatory Requirements To be considered, applicants must have: Current NDIS Worker Screening Check OR National Police Check Current First Aid & CPR Certificate Valid Australian Driver’s Licence Own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance Excellent spoken and written English Smartphone for communication and rostering apps Ability to work independently in clients’ homes Legal right to work in Australia Highly Desirable Certificate III or IV in Individual Support / Aged Care / Community Services Experience in home care, aged care or disability support Availability for week days and weekends, longer shifts or overnight care What We Offer Flexible casual shifts Supportive and professional team Ongoing work for reliable carers Opportunity to work with a well-established Sydney care provider We are looking for carers who are kind, reliable, respectful and committed to providing high-quality care.
