As a clinical development nurse, you will play a vital role in shaping the delivery of best practice clinical education within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Clinical Training and Support
You will be responsible for developing and delivering clinical education programs that meet the needs of our staff and align with contemporary nursing standards and legislation.
* Evidence-Based Education
You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that all educational initiatives are evidence-based and aligned with the latest research and best practices.
* Quality Improvement Initiatives
You will contribute to quality improvement initiatives and accreditation processes, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
* Policies and Guidelines
You will work collaboratively with our team to develop and review clinical policies, guidelines, and training resources, ensuring that they are relevant, effective, and up-to-date.
* Multidisciplinary Teamwork
You will build positive relationships across multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.
Requirements:
* Registration and Experience
You must have current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar clinical and/or training role.
* Clinical Skills and Knowledge
You must possess strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practice nursing and care, as well as a high-level understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
* Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
You must have highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to build a positive workplace culture and drive change.
* Education and Training
You must have proven experience in delivering both group and one-on-one education, using a range of teaching strategies and technologies.
* Technical Skills
You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and aged care clinical software, as well as have a current WA Driver's Licence and be willing to travel as required.
