Program Manager: Expertise in Reference and Research
Leads a team responsible for delivering high-quality, client-centred reference services.
This critical role involves leading and coaching the team providing support and guidance to Library staff. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing mediated and unmediated information and research services
* Providing specialist expertise across programs, activities, and systems
* Liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors
* Contributing to service improvement initiatives and change management
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities and experience in administration of Library or enquiry management systems.
This full-time position includes regular evening and weekend work during the Library's advertised reading room opening hours. The National Library offers a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
