This role involves delivering exceptional person-centred care to residents, ensuring their safety and well-being within a facility.
* Assess, plan, and implement client care within your scope of practice
* Consider physical, social, and psychological requirements of clients
Clinical Requirements:
* Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
* Confidence in managing time effectively and working autonomously
* Full, unrestricted registration with the relevant health profession authority
* Availability to work flexible hours including night duties (22:00 - 06:00)
