Delmar Private Hospital has been servicing the local community for 50 years and is part of the Macquarie Health Group who operates 12 private hospitals across NSW and VIC.
Theatre Clerk (HPSSA Level 4) Permanent Part-time position. The Theatre Clerk position is a set two days a week opportunity (Wednesday & Friday) with flexibility to work extra days when required, based in Dee Why, NSW.
We ask that you provide essential administrative support along with excellent customer service to the operating theatres at Delmar Private Hospital.
We are looking for someone who can start immediately.
You will work within a skilled and supportive team.
We offer a Permanent Part-time Administration position within Delmar Private Hospital theatres, paid above the award.
Day to day responsibilities
* Collaborate closely with doctor's rooms
* Accurately add Surgeon lists into WebPas
* Accurately book patients in through Webpas
* Theatre rosters
Qualifications & experience
* Understanding of hospital admissions and booking processes
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to interact confidently and professionally with a wide range of people
* Ability to work productively within a team and autonomously when required
* Current National Police Check and working with children clearance
